I was on a college visit with my son.
I was on a college visit with my son. We only stayed one night. The hotel was dirty. I don't need much just a clean place to leave my belongings and lay my head at night and this was NOT the place. If we didn't arrive later in the evening and needed to stay more then just a couple of hours we would have left and ventured off to find a different hotel. The surrounding area was ok, the hotel is right off the main roads so it is convenient but not someplace you want to be walking around.Eileen - 6.0Scored 6.0

We only went into the city area for a grocery shopping experience at Wegmens. Other than that our visit was primarily with a family living in Greene, NY. Consequently we saw little of the town and never did go into Binghamton the whole time we were there.

I grew up there when there was much to do.
I grew up there when there was much to do. Now it is just a shell with many rundown homes, store fronts and terrible streets. I go for medical reasons and it is very difficult to see what has happened there. I try not to walk anywhere.
